Phil is the Managing Director of the Limestone Learning Foundation, the charitable arm of the Limestone District School Board. The LLF raises funds to support innovative, creative enhanced learning projects at schools within the Limestone Board in the areas of Literacy & Numeracy, Science & Technology, the Arts, and Innovative Practices.
Phil is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Kingston Technology Council.
